These terms apply when you use reamwise.com or buy a Reamwise template. Reamwise is operated by Dang Dinh Quan, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Buying a template
Templates are digital files sold through Gumroad. Prices are shown in US dollars. Gumroad processes the payment and sends you a receipt with a download link. Any sales tax or VAT shown at checkout is added by Gumroad.
What you may do with a template
- Use it for your own properties and your own business, as many properties and as many years as you like.
- Change it in any way, and keep copies for your own use.
- Share the numbers and reports you make with it, for example with your accountant, partner or lender.
What you may not do
- Sell, share, give away or upload the template file itself, changed or unchanged.
- Offer it, or a copy of it, as part of a product or service of your own.
If you manage properties for clients, you may use the template for their properties, but each client who wants their own copy of the file needs to buy one.

The templates and guides are general information and tools for doing your own calculations. They are not tax, legal or financial advice. See the disclaimer.
Updates
When a template is fixed or updated, the new version is sent to past buyers through Gumroad at no cost.
Limits
Templates are checked against worked examples before they are sold, but they are provided as they are. You are responsible for the numbers you enter and for the decisions you make with the results. As far as the law allows, Reamwise's total responsibility for any claim about a template is limited to the price you paid for it.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The version that applies to a purchase is the one posted on the day you bought.
