This page explains what information Reamwise collects, why, and what you can ask for. Reamwise is operated by Dang Dinh Quan, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Contact: [email protected].
When you visit the site
- The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
- Reamwise uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites.
- There are no advertising pixels, no social media trackers and no cookies set by Reamwise.
When you buy
Purchases are handled by Gumroad. When you click Buy, a Gumroad checkout opens and Gumroad collects your payment details under its own privacy policy. Reamwise never sees your card number. From Gumroad, Reamwise receives your name, email address, country, what you bought and the price paid. This is used to deliver your files, send updates to templates you bought, answer support requests and keep the records the law requires for sales.
When you email
If you write to [email protected], your message and email address are kept so the conversation can continue. They are not added to any mailing list.
What Reamwise does not do
- Sell or rent your information to anyone.
- Send marketing email unless you ask for it.
- Ask for or store the numbers you type into a template. Your spreadsheet stays on your computer or in your own Google account.
How long information is kept
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually several years. Support emails are kept for up to two years after the last message, unless you ask for them to be deleted sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information Reamwise holds about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. Some order records may need to be kept for legal reasons; if so, you will be told which and why.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
